Where to Meet At

Breakdown of Practices

        Unless otherwise noted in an annoucement, regardless if it is the Spring track or Fall XC season, we meet out front of the Student Recreation Center, (SRC) at 5PM.

        From there, we usually either run up to the town commons to stretch and then run out from there or drive out to a track we can use during the Spring. The map below shows where we meet at 5PM on main campus.


 

        During the Spring semester, the club focuses on track events and over the Fall we get geared up for cross country season. Our training regimens are of course different depending on which season we are in. Below the workouts are broken into track during the Spring and cross country for the Fall.
